Reimagine What’s Possible 

Assist Site manager to build up Safety culture in plant, follow up company E&HS policy, complete E&HS target, continually improve plant E&HS performance. During new plant building up, lead to build up Plant Management system, such as APT, BSP, CM, APSAM, eMOC, DCC, GMM, etc., ensure every necessary system is in service in time; after plant on stream, trace all the task in these system, ensure every task is completed and closed in timely. As site production quality officer, implement quality management system, work close with QA department and build up ISO system at plant, termly audit plant production data, find the gaps and take actions to improve production quality following up ISO policy. Work close with maintenance team, termly review plant maintenance task and result, ensure every task should be completed with correct way in time; termly review maintenance cost, ensure maintenance cost are reasonable, find the chance to reduce maintenance cost. As the main contact with local government, keep good relationship and communication with local Safety Regulation, Quality Regulation, Security Regulation, Operation data Regulation and other regulation bureaus, acquire updated information from local bureaus and take lead to improve site condition. Have responsibility to acquire all the necessary Permits and License from Operation side, work close with Permitting Department and GR, lead to develop related documents for application permits and license; trace all the necessary permits and license status, ensure all the permits and license are valid and not overdue. Manage all the contractor activities who work at site, ensue all the contractors following up AP BSP policy; termly audit contractor BSP book and activities, find the gaps and take actions to improve contractor management. Lead to implement CI policy and take actions at plant, work close with PPE, PPO, CI department, find the chance to reduce operation cost. Implement 10 operation discipline at site, termly audit the implementation status for site operation team, find the weakness and take actions to improve site condition. Lead site team to complete all the open tasks in CM system, such as PSV test, solid waste treatment, noisy test, etc., ensure site condition match CM requirement. Work close with Project and PPO, termly audit P&ID documents ensure site P&ID are as built. Work close with project and PPO, trace all the warranty items, Punch list, DHR, OPHR, etc., ensure all the open items should be closed in time with correct ways.  Any other related work assigned by site manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor or above in Chemical process, Chemical engineering, Mechanical engineering, Industrial automation, Instrument engineering or related disciplines.
  •  At least 10 years work experience in ASU, petrochemical, or related industries in operations and/or engineering or related activities.
  • Must have extensive coordination experience in a multi team environment.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership, interpersonal skills and customer relation skill. 
  • Demonstrated Excellent communication & coordination skills. Able to handle high level communication with customer.
  • Wide technical knowledge in ASU operations and engineering, Hands of experience in operations and maintenance and thorough troubleshooting on equipment installed in the facility.
  • Has written English skill.
