Job Summary: The Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) Directorate for Mission Integration (MI) creates a consistent and holistic view of intelligence from collection to analysis and serves as the Director of National Intelligence's (DNI) principal advisor on all aspects of intelligence. MI integrates mission capabilities, informs enterprise resource and policy decisions, and ensures the delivery of timely, objective, accurate, and relevant intelligence.
Major Duties:
Qualifications: At least 3-5 years of experience working on cyber issues, including cyber threat intelligence, collection or operations. Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to lead interagency working groups, build coalitions with IC elements to achieve common goals. Extensive interpersonal, organizational, and management skills to conceptualize and effectively lead complex analytic and policy-support projects. Proven critical thinking skills and the ability to prepare high-level written products with an emphasis on clear organization, concise arguments, and logical presentation. Ability to work with and fairly represent the IC when views differ among agencies. Extensive resource management and fiscal process knowledge, including the federal budget process. Extensive communication skills, including ability to exert influence with senior leadership and communicate effectively with people at all staff levels, both internal and external to the organization, including domestic and foreign partners, and to give oral presentations and to otherwise represent the ODNI, MI, and/or NIC in interagency meetings. Demonstrated interpersonal and negotiation skills, and the superior ability to build consensus, work effectively, and independently exert influence to major ODNI stakeholders. Demonstrated critical thinking skills, including the ability to think strategically and identify needs, requirements, and develop innovative recommendations and solutions for improvement. Desired Requirements: Experience in, or willingness to receive, Contracting Officer duties and/or certification. Flexibility to surge on different cyber priorities dependent on quickly changing needs of senior leadership.
