The Deputy Manager - Production Planning & Control function drives effective coordination between multiple stakeholders including sales, manufacturing, logistics, finance, procurement, government affairs etc. and carefully develops strategic production plan and forecast to satisfy the needs of lucid customers, maximize plant assets utilization, maximize plant revenue, critically balance all local governmental labor law requirements and ensure zero down time and loss of production capacity. This role leads all discussions related to supplier capacity constraints and drives suitable allocation of constrains resources. He/She is expected to be an excellent communicator across all levels, highly data driven and persuasive. The ideal candidate brings strategic thought process, digital transformation, strong team builder and motivator with excellent communication capabilities both above and below the grade. |
