Main Responsibilities
The Beauty &Wellbeing and Personal Care Live Stream Strategy role is responsible for developing and driving the livestream strategy for the Beauty & Wellbeing – Personal Care (B&W PC) portfolio across key digital commerce platforms. The role focuses on defining strategic direction, frameworks, and priorities for livestream activations to maximize sales, engagement, and return on investment, working closely with platform execution, brand, media, and commercial teams.
Livestream Strategic Planning & Framework
Develop the end‑to‑end livestream strategy for the B&W PC portfolio in line with brand, commercial, and dCommerce objectives.
Define annual, quarterly, and campaign‑based livestream priorities across platforms.
Platform Strategy & Playbooks
Define platform‑specific livestream strategies (e.g. Shopee, TikTok) including formats, frequency, roles, and success metrics.
Develop clear livestream playbooks and guidelines to support consistent execution.
Performance Measurement & Optimization
Define KPIs and targets for livestream performance including GMV, conversion, engagement, and ROI.
Analyze performance trends and insights to continuously refine strategy and improve effectiveness.
Cross‑functional Alignment & Enablement
Work closely with Brand, dCommerce, CSP/NRM, Media, Content, Supply Chain, agencies/external teams to ensure aligned planning and execution.
Support capability building and best‑practice sharing across execution teams.
Governance & Continuous Improvement
Establish governance, standards, and ways of working for livestream strategy execution.
Identify opportunities to scale, innovate, and improve livestream effectiveness across the B&W PC portfolio.
Candidate Criteria
Experience & Qualification
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Business, Communication, Digital Media, or related field.
1–8 years of relevant experience in dCommerce, social commerce, digital marketing, livestream, or commercial strategy, preferably within FMCG or Personal Care.
Experience defining strategy or frameworks (not only execution) for digital or social commerce and partnering with multiple agencies in livestream deployment is an advantage.

Strategic thinking with ability to translate insights into clear frameworks and plans
Solid analytical skills to evaluate performance and optimize strategy
