Job Summary: The mission of the National Counterintelligence & Security Center is to lead and support the U.S. Government's counterintelligence (CI) and security activities critical to protecting our nation; provide CI outreach to U.S. private sector entities at risk of foreign intelligence penetration; and issue public warnings regarding intelligence threats to the U.S.

Extensive knowledge of strategy development and planning and a demonstrated ability to identify emerging trends and strategic issues and incorporate these into organizational strategic plans Extensive knowledge of IC organizations; IC mission posture, structures, capabilities, processes, and policy development. Extensive leadership skills and ability to lead interagency working groups, build coalitions with IC elements to achieve common goals. Extensive analytical and critical thinking skills, including the superior ability to think strategically, identify needs and requirements, develop recommendations, and evaluate outcomes against goals and objectives. Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in written reports, and to logically analyze, synthesize, and evaluate multiple sources of information for their inclusion in briefings and written documents. Extensive oral and written communication skills, including superior ability to draft and edit written reports of varying length and complexity, and to communicate effectively with audiences of varying seniority and expertise.
