  • Design and deliver motion assets such as titles, transitions, visual effects, and animated graphics across a wide range of content types, including branded content, product marketing, and enterprise communications.

  • Integrate 3D elements and advanced animation techniques when appropriate to enhance storytelling and elevate visual impact.

  • Ensure all motion work adheres to brand guidelines and company values while identifying opportunities to evolve and extend visual systems in thoughtful, innovative ways.

  • Execute motion assets across multiple formats and aspect ratios, including vertical, square, and 16:9, optimized for public‑facing and internal platforms.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creative excellence with timelines, accuracy, and delivery requirements.

  • Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices, fostering innovation, continuous improvement, and professional growth within the motion design team.

  • Throughout this work, the Deputy Director, Motion Design is expected to contribute to and lead conceptual design efforts, applying strong graphic design judgment and visual problem‑solving skills to ensure motion deliverables extend and elevate broader design systems, ideas, and narratives.
