Major Duties:
Qualifications: Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: 1. Managerial experience which includes executive knowledge and ability to perform Family, Morale, Welfare and Recreation (FMWR) functions for a garrison (e.g. integrate plans into appropriated and Nonappropriated fund annual operating budgets, review program changes, evaluate goal achievement and program execution, etc.). 2. Willing to submit a Financial Disclosure Statement, OGE-450 and Executive Branch Personnel Confidential Financial Disclosure Report upon entering the position and annually, in accordance with DoD directives. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": HIGHLY PREFERRED: Possess a minimum of three (3) years experience at the Division Chief level of at least one division within FMWR (Family, Morale, Welfare and Recreation). Applicants who meet the Minimum qualifications, & Highly Preferred criteria will be referred to management for consideration first. All others may be referred if management does not make a selection from the Highly qualified list.
