Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) is responsible for ensuring our products are Safe, Reliable, Maintainable and delivered on time. Life Cycle Engineering consists of multiple disciplines that support engineering, our program offices and our customers. Our Life Cycle Engineering disciplines participate in the total life cycle of our products from conception to deactivation. Our focus areas include but not limited to reliability, sustainment, logistics engineering, field/operations support, depot, safety, human systems engineering, training, technical manuals, and product support.

What You Will Do
Assigned to one or more AN/TPY-2 programs, the Depot Sub-Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) is responsible for providing innovative and trusted solutions to emerging depot requirements at both domestic and foreign military sale customer locations. In this role, you will report to the Upper Tier Missile Defense (UTMD) Deployment, Fielding, and Sustainment (DFS) IPT Lead and be responsible for the overall leadership of all depot activities for the AN/TPY-2 system including but not limited to:
Oversee the establishment of Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) and Continental United States (CONUS) depot capabilities for AN/TPY-2 systems
Partner with Depot Technical Subject Matter Experts (SME) on overarching depot strategy
Coordinate with other technical disciplines on any tasks required to support establishment and management of depot capabilities
Track all spares and bench stock deliverables in support of depot operations
Provide organized depot status on a weekly cadence to the DFS IPT, Program Office, customer, and other key stakeholders
Coordinate support with SMEs for technical, troubleshooting, and repair assistance
Manage and report schedule and cost metrics as required in compliance with the Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
Support internal and external program and finance reviews as required
Develop, release, and deliver any required Contracting Data Requirements List (CDRL) documents associated with assigned depot operations
Domestic or International travel may be required
Qualifications You Must
Typically requires: A Bachelor’s degree and minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Program or Project Management or Sustainment, System Fielding, Depot, Logistics or Engineering. An advanced degree may account for additional years of experience as required for this position
Experience with depot and/or field return and repair operations for military or industrial customers
Experience presenting program and technical issues to senior stakeholders
Experience with budget or financial management including Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar tools
Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer
Demonstrated proficiency with application and execution of Raytheon’s Integrated Product Development System (IPDS), RTX Life Cycle Program Management (RLPM) or similar business processes
Demonstrated consistency, accountability and flexibility managing multiple and competing priorities
Demonstrated track record of developing customer relationships to meet contractual requirements and capture the full potential of follow-on business
Demonstrated experience in strategic development and / or contract capture in the Defense Industry
Experience with US Military Radar Sustainment Programs
Demonstrated ability to interact with senior levels of leadership effectively – including customer, Raytheon, teammates, and suppliers

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
