Position Summary
The ATM Deployment Project Manager work to ensure that projects are completed on schedule and on budget. This position requires a great deal of commitment and in many cases is the linchpin of a project, as their performance can make or break the success of a project. The individual is responsible for initiating, planning, implementing, monitoring, and closing projects throughout the project life cycle. The Project Manager is responsible for the mentoring and training of project team members.
Key Areas of Responsibility
· Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned projects, leading coordination across all stakeholders
· Provide pre-deployment support by reviewing, understanding, and contributing input to the Statement of Work (SOW)
· Communicate and manage project plans, actions, risks, and issues with key stakeholders and leadership
· Interface with clients to define, align, and manage specific project deliverables and expectations
· Build and maintain strong relationships with financial clients while managing project staff and third-party vendors
· Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and goal tracking
· Oversee and manage scheduling activities and Enterprise Project Management (EPM) requirements
· Create and execute communication plans, including documentation, reporting, meeting cadence, and participant alignment
· Track, monitor, and analyze project performance against requirements, ensuring quality control and successful delivery
· Manage project financials by ensuring budgetary objectives are met, overseeing project P&L, and achieving cost and margin targets
· Track and coordinate invoicing activities, including Change Requests and out-of-scope billing
· Lead and manage all aspects of installations, de-installations, and branding for assigned projects
· Simultaneously manage multiple projects, including high-profile and large-scale deployments, while maintaining delivery standards
· Collaborate with team members to identify, recommend, and communicate process improvement opportunities
· Schedule, facilitate, and lead meetings with stakeholders and project teams to communicate progress, risks, issues, and resolution timelines
· Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders and management to ensure KPIs and deliverables are met
· Partner with stakeholders to define, document, and manage project scope, including identifying and coordinating third-party service providers
· Define, assign, and communicate roles and responsibilities for project tasks, including vendor resources
· Develop and communicate customer-specific metrics and reporting as required
· Ensure compliance with departmental policies, procedures, and operational standards
· Perform additional duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications
Proficient with the Microsoft suite of software and other tools where required such as QuickBase™, EPM
Advanced problem solving/analytical, organizational and time management skills
P&L management, budgeting, and financial/commercial knowledge
Mentor, coach, and train team members to strengthen project methodology knowledge, effective use of business tools, and interpersonal skills
Serve as backup for the Manager or Program Manager during their absence, ensuring continuity of operations
Identify, recommend, and implement process improvement initiatives to increase productivity and overall deployment success
Oversee and enforce adherence to departmental policies, processes, and best practices across project activities
