We are looking for a Senior Supply Chain Analyst, Deployment & Order Fulfillment to join our team!
This will be a hybrid-remote/in-person position.
What you’ll do in this role:
Influence strategic change within team by developing streamlined processes, automated reporting, and operational efficiencies between Deployment and Order Fulfillment teams
Project manage solutions with cross-functional stakeholders to improve operational execution within the full supply chain impacting Deployment & Order Fulfillment operations
Build dynamic tools and dashboards for operations to use to execute the daily operation and automate manual processes
Build executive dashboards and reporting to review KPI and project updates to leadership
Process orders into deliveries for all customers, at designated warehouses, while determining availability of product for orders.
Work with the sales team to determine special supply requirements and to resolve item ordering issues.
Make appropriate determination of whether to move orders to an alternate warehouse or whether items can be substituted or transitioned.
Prioritize product for orders in constrained supply situations, determining when to ship orders directly from the plant, when PO’s may need to be extended, when product in transit will arrive, and/or when new production will be available.
Evaluate supply v. order dates to determine action needed for each order.
Proactively communicate product fill issues to the fulfillment planners and escalate large issues appropriately.
Work with Warehouse Fulfillment planning, Transportation, and Warehousing, to resolve and mitigate product availability issues for all customers.
Ensure orders are billed to delivery in a timely manner, while keeping out of territory shipments low and product fill rates high.
Utilize the JDA planning tool to develop and execute the most cost-effective plan to deploy production, and maintain supply across the warehouse network for production originating from manufacturing
Ensure the plan is optimized to achieve fill rate results while reducing transportation costs
Monitor timeliness of shipments, and work with production sites, carriers, and warehouses to ensure on-time shipment from the production site and on-time arrival at warehouses.
Review daily inventory levels at warehouses against customer orders to proactively address service issues.
Provide one point of contact for all deployment related questions from other functions.
Participate in annual execution of new SKU initiatives. Collaborate with the supply planner and customer supply chain teams to ensure product is available to ship from across the network to meet target availability dates.
Review daily inventory levels at warehouses to proactively address imbalances.
Drive continuous improvement by working with internal contacts as needed to resolve recurring issues.
Ensure operational workflow incorporates KPI metrics driving daily processes and prioritization
Closely partner with the Order Fulfillment team to determine arrival dates for BDT and customer communication
Coordinates forecast variance adjustments with manufacturing and production planning
Collaborate as needed with Customer Service and BDT teams regarding order issues and timing.
Assist with projects which could include rebalances, analyzing fill rate performance and process improvement collaboration/testing.
What you’ll need to be successful:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 1-3years experience in deployment, replenishment planning, customer service, supply chain, in a consumer products manufacturing environment.
Systems experience using SAP, BW, along with Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong decision-making capabilities
Able to use Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Access and Excel
Able to build dashboards and use Looker Studios (Google) and Tableau
Production or planning systems experience using SAP, JDA, or similar preferred.
Able to work effective cross-functionally within the organization
Able to project plan and manage tasks cross functionally through project completion while holding internal stakeholders accountable
Able to manage multiple tasks at the same time
Able to report to leadership and executive leadership project results and ideas for new projects to gain buy in to execute
Strong analytical skills
