The role:
As a Logistics Team Lead, you will help drive our goals by:
• Coordinating and prioritizing daily workflow across Shipping and Receiving teams
• Supporting onboarding, on-the-job training, and cross-training to build team capability
• Managing packaging materials, weekly crating needs, and custom packaging solutions
• Owning the dock schedule, managing appointments, and resolving conflicts efficiently
• Arranging domestic and international freight and preparing accurate shipping documentation
• Ensuring accurate material weights, timely ERP transactions, and documentation integrity
Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:
• Experience in supply chain or logistics operations, ideally 5–7 years
• Ability to lead, organise, problem-solve, and communicate clearly
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with ERP systems
• Understanding of shipping documentation, Incoterms, or willingness to learn
• Ability to work safely in a production/warehouse environment and lift up to 50 lbs
• Experience coordinating freight carriers, dock schedules, and packaging needs
