Department Manager – Mall of Emirates

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Store Manager for our Dubai Mall boutique, who will embody and lead by example in upholding this philosophy. As a Store Manager, you will play a key role in representing the Brunello Cucinelli philosophy and leading your team to ensure the highest standards of service, customer experience, and boutique operations. Your primary responsibilities will include cultivating meaningful relationships with clients, guiding and motivating the sales team, and driving business growth through strategic management and collaboration with the headquarters.
Role Responsibilities:
1) Customer Relationship Management:
• Develop relationships with customers through active presence on the shop floor
• Deliver a unique service and shopping experience in line with brand philosophy, corporate image, and CRM guidelines.
2) Sales Target Achievement:
• Guide sales operations to achieve assigned targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Ensure the selling ceremony aligns with company guidelines to provide a memorable experience for customers.
3) Event Management:
• Support store management and HQ in organizing events and trunk shows to attract new customers and enhance loyalty
• Provide insights and ideas for CRM actions to foster customer engagement.
4) Visual Merchandising:
• Ensure compliance with visual merchandising guidelines to maintain high store standards.
5) Product Knowledge:
• Stay updated on products and new collections
• Train and update the team on product details and brand style.
6) Team Leadership:
• Lead by example to inspire and motivate the team.
• Conduct regular feedback sessions and coaching to ensure team development and continuous improvement.
• Promote collaboration and respect among team members through effective communication and meetings.
7) Operational Support:
• Assist the stock team, particularly during inventory processes.
• Ensure adherence to retail operations procedures and HQ guidelines.
Candidate Profile:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury retail, with proven management experience.
• Strong business acumen and solid understanding of market trends and customer behaviours.
• Demonstrated ability in people management and development.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory; fluency in a second language is a plus.

Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 6 years in retail, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within luxury retail.
• Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of the market and customer behavior.
• Ability to foster meaningful client relationships and elevate the overall customer experience.
• Extensive experience in CRM with a proven ability to build and maintain a strong customer database.
• Detail-oriented approach to ensuring operational excellence and adherence to brand standards.
• Comprehensive experience with both men’s and women’s collections.
