Your Role
• Developing Testing strategy, footprint, and product test execution for all AS&UX Domains (ADAS/Body functions/ Digital Cockpits)
• Leading alignment to Engineering development processes (PDP, ASPICE) from test competency
• Aligning and enabling the Global Test Organization within Global Engineering Organizations
• Managing Global Competency Footprint
• Ensuring consistent global System Integration test quality
• Investing in test quality through standardization, reuse, and automation
• Creating in-house and offshore test workspaces
• Enabling test metrics/quality visual radiators and culture of ownership
• Removing systemic issues causing program escalations
• Taking ownership of competencies within the managed organization
• Setting vision and mission for global test organization
• Managing global budget compliance, forecasting, and actuals
Your Background
Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:
Experience in leading large system test teams in Automotive Industry
· Highly influential and ability to challenge StatusQuo, and bring disruptive changes for efficiency improvement, Quality
· Good negotiation and influencing skills – demonstrates ability to respond to changes, new technology
· Good presentation skills, problem solving skills and adaptability to Technological changes
