Job Description:
The dentsu Summer Experience Program is an immersive, 10-week program designed to prepare emerging professionals to contribute meaningfully to our work.
You will report to the manager on your respective team.

This paid, full-time internship will run from June 1 through August 7, 2026.

You will join our teams in our New York or Chicago office 3 days per week.
As an intern, you may have the opportunity to:
Support pilots and initiatives involving AI tools, agents, automated content production, and Content Supply Chain workflows
Assist with setup, testing, refinement, and basic build support for new AI‑enabled workflows
Document workflows clearly, including current‑state and future‑state processes, step‑by‑step guides, visuals, and process maps
Support operationalization of transformation initiatives from planning through execution
Conduct internal discovery work and synthesize insights into clear, actionable takeaways
Capture and document learnings from pilots, workshops, demos, and cross‑functional sessions
Contribute to cross‑functional process mapping and workflow documentation
Create training materials, demos, and enablement guides to help teams adopt new tools and processes
Assist with preparation of materials for workshops, demos, client engagements, and executive presentations
Develop case studies, POVs, and transformation narratives that communicate impact
Collaborate with cross‑functional partners across creative, strategy, media, tech, operations, and finance
Support both internal and client-facing innovation projects using AI‑enabled workflows
Prepare executive-ready materials that drive understanding, alignment, and adoption
Develop clear stories, use cases, and communication assets that make complex AI capabilities easy to understand
Qualifications
U.S.-based candidates graduating from an undergraduate or graduate program in 2027.
No prior professional experience is required to apply.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis. Employment-based visa sponsorship (including H-1B sponsorship) is not available for this position.

The hourly pay range for this position is $18.00. The hourly pay rate for the successful candidate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays in accordance with dentsu policy, as well as safe and sick time. This position is not eligible for any other benefits or other compensation.
