Your Mission in the Operatory

As our Dental Assistant, you are the heartbeat of the practice. You’ll ensure every patient feels safe, every procedure runs smoothly, and every smile is crafted with care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expert Support: Partner with the dentist to provide high-quality clinical care and seamless chairside assistance.

  • Patient Advocacy: Calmly walk patients and parents through treatment plans, ensuring they feel informed and empowered.

  • Precision Prep: Master the art of operatory setup, equipment maintenance, and clinical documentation.

  • Proactive Flow: Anticipate the needs of the doctor and keep the office humming.

What You Bring to the Chair

We are looking for a professional who is as technically skilled as they are genuinely kind.

The Essentials:

  • Credentials: Licensed Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Certified Dental Assistant (CDA).

  • Safety First: Current CPR certification is a must.

  • Education: Trained by an Accredited Dental Assistant School.

  • Experience: 1+ years of experience is preferred.

  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with electronic dental records and computer systems.
