Dental Administrator - Image Smiles Dental

 Image Smiles Dental has been serving Vancouver and the surrounding communities for many years. Our practice offers a complete range of dental services, including general dentistry, Invisalign, cosmetic treatments, and dental care for children’s unique needs. 

At Image Smiles Dental, we are committed to staying at the cutting edge of dental technology while effectively providing quality care. We utilize dental lasers, digital X-rays, VELscope Oral Screening, Digital Dental Impressions, Panoramic X-Rays, and Dynamic Surgical Navigation to support varying treatment plans.

The wage range is from $25 to $30 per hour depending on experience. Hourly wage is determined based on the candidate's work experience and will be discussed during the interview process.

Schedule:

Part-time, 2 days per week.

8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients as they arrive; ensure a lasting positive impression for them
  • Responsible for optimizing the appointment schedule by ensuring the day is full, with limited gaps
  • Effectively manage recall system and accurately maintain patient database
  • Manage patient calls and inquiries about appointments, confirmations, amendments and cancellations
  • Process referral letters and other patient correspondence upon receipt from provider; manage and file all patient records and charts

About You:

  • Minimum 1 year of dental administration experience
  • Clinical background and experience with Power Practice dental software programs considered an asset
