Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens opened in March 2019 and provides a preferred address for both business and leisure travelers, and the highly personalized, anticipatory service that Four Seasons guests expect and value around the world. The Arion Hotel was built in 1967 and has 106 keys and 61 Bungalows, and the Nafsika opened in 1980 and has 136 keys. Under the same ownership is a large private beach club and marina. Nafsika is open through the year, while Arion and the bungalows operate eight months of the year. Adding to the complement of on-site F&B operations (8 Restaurants and Bars), there are also two third party restaurants on site.About the role:
At Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens (ranked No. 17 in the World’s 50 Best Hotels), we are seeking a talented Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) to join our Kitchen Department for the Season 2026 (minimum 6 or 7 months contract). This role is pivotal in supporting the kitchen team, supervising commis, and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality dishes that meet Four Seasons culinary standards.
What You Will Do
Prepare and cook food according to standard procedures, recipe cards, and instructions from the Sous Chef and Chef de Partie. Supervise and train commis, assist in menu development, and ensure proper food quality, taste, and presentation. Participate in daily kitchen operations, maintain hygiene and H.A.C.C.P. standards, and ensure all equipment is operational. Assist in requisitions, ingredient preparation, and the creation of appealing room amenities. Work closely with the Executive Chef, Sous Chef, and culinary team to uphold Four Seasons Food Standards. Respond appropriately to any hotel emergency or safety situation and contribute to smooth kitchen operations and high culinary performance.
