About the role
Are you passionate about the art of pastry and creating exceptional culinary experiences? Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire is seeking a skilled and motivated Demi Chef de Partie – Pastry to join our talented Pastry team.
At Four Seasons, we pride ourselves on providing world-class hospitality infused with local, seasonal flavours. As a Demi Chef de Partie within our pastry kitchen, you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality desserts, pastries and baked goods for our restaurants, afternoon tea, in-room dining, and banqueting. You’ll support the Pastry Chef team in maintaining exceptional standards, ensuring each dish reflects creativity, precision and consistency.
What you will bring
Previous experience in a pastry kitchen, ideally within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
Strong foundational pastry skills and a passion for developing your craft.
Creativity, attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude, adaptability, and a strong team spirit.
A desire to learn, grow and contribute to an award-winning culinary team.
