Demand & Supply Planner
Are you looking to grow your career in Demand Planning? Do you enjoy working with data, while thriving in cross‑functional collaboration?
Join the Polish Quality Supply Chain team and manage end‑to‑end demand planning for nominated markets/channels. This role reports to the Demand & Supply Planning Manager in Poland.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end‑to‑end Demand Planning process across a 24‑month horizon, building robust short‑ and long‑term forecasts (baseline, promotions, NPI, market insights) and ensuring full alignment with Commercial, Sales and Marketing teams.
Monitor supply and product availability, report OOS risks, manage stock allocation and support inventory optimization (including slow/no movers and product lifecycle from pre‑launch to obsolete).
Integrate customer inputs, market data, and promotional plans into the forecast, providing insights on trends driving channel/account performance.
Collaborate closely with Supply Hub, Customer Service, Quality, Regulatory, Warehouse & Distribution, Local Customization and Technical teams to ensure accurate information flow and seamless execution of supply plans.
Contribute to CCC/IBP processes, provide expert input to core meetings, and drive continuous improvement of key KPIs (Forecast Accuracy, Bias, Completeness), including root cause analyses and mitigation plans.
Coordinate Artwork processes and maintain accurate product master data and material creation for the local market.
Oversee inbound delivery issues and customs‑related documentation to ensure flawless supply execution.
Requirements:
Previous experience in similar role, ideally in FMCG industry.
Very good knowledge of Supply Chain & Logistics processes.
Excellent practical skills in Excel (pivot tables, data analysis)
SAP experience is a strong plus.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills; ability to work effectively cross‑functionally.
Decision‑making capability and a proactive, improvement‑oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast‑changing environment.
Strong resilience, adaptability and work ethic.
Fluency in Polish and advanced English skills.

Remuneration: 11,138 PLN – 15,315 PLN gross/monthly.
