As a Demand Planning Supply Chain Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the Demand Planning process by helping generate accurate and reliable forecasts for our product portfolio. This role offers hands‑on experience in data analysis, statistical forecasting, and supply chain planning within a dynamic, cross‑functional environment. You will collaborate closely with Demand Planning, Sales, Supply, and Analytics teams while gaining exposure to end‑to‑end forecasting processes, systems, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities
Create baseline forecast models to support the monthly consensus forecast process.
Analyze forecast exceptions and data integrity reports using BI tools and Excel.
Support the maintenance and enhancement of statistical forecasting models and systems.
Record stochastic, rare, and commercial events in historical data to identify trends and patterns.
Collaborate with the Sales team on historical adjustments to improve statistical forecast accuracy.
Support internal measurement and reporting of demand forecasting KPIs to improve forecast accuracy, bias, working capital, and customer service.
Ensure data integrity by validating forecasts are correctly applied to the appropriate SKU and location.
Maintain SAP APO master data, including SKU creation and updates.
Document and maintain statistical parameters used in baseline “best fit” forecasting models.
Generate PSRs and Global Material Extensions for each location and channel, ensuring timely completion.

Basic Qualifications:
Active university student in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related fields.
Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills with high attention to detail.
Interest in demand planning, forecasting, and data‑driven decision making.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data analysis functions; Power Query and macros are a plus).
Intermediate English level.
