What will you be doing?

You’ll be at the heart of our global operations, owning and governing demand planning processes that keep our supply chain moving seamlessly. Picture yourself partnering with teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to design strategies that improve forecast accuracy and enable smarter decisions. You’ll lead process maturity assessments, collaborate with IT to bring technology upgrades to life, and champion continuous improvement through digital and AI capabilities. Every day, you’ll be shaping a planning framework that supports our mission to take the limits off living.

What will you need to be successful?

Success in this role means being a visionary and a doer. You’ll need to combine deep technical expertise with the ability to influence and inspire across global teams. Here’s what will set you apart:
  • Advanced knowledge of demand and supply planning processes, with experience in IBP/SIOP and ERP systems like SAP.
  • Proven track record of implementing global process standards and leading transformation initiatives in complex, matrix organisations.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills to build relationships and drive change.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking to anticipate future needs and adapt processes accordingly.
