The role will be responsible in driving demand planning expertise for SEA, ensuring delivery of overall Demand planning performance. The SEA Demand Planning Lead will also collaborate with Segment and Commercial teams to support innovation through effective forecasting and review of long-term profitability of the portfolio via simplification
As overall Demand Planning leader, the role with lead efforts to identify best practices adaptation and standardize process across all markets. It will act as critical resource for leading, facilitating and driving improvements in the overall IBP process
Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities:
S&OP/IBP process management
IBP Process owner for Area/Category Demand Reviews and run SEA S&OP and provide an integrated view for ISEA Cluster for the SEA MD
Ensure that the consolidated demand is in line with QF and strat plan numbers. Work with the Segment leaders in the management of the operational demand plan at aggregate level
Work with commercial and segments leads on Innovation pipeline sufficiency to support the strategy plans; develop aligned ways of forecasting with systems including expansion to AI
Demand planning excellence
Drive standardization and implement best practices in S&OP and demand forecasting analytics across SEA markets. Identify gaps and develop streamlined processes and ways of working, aligned with BIC industry practices
Provide leadership with demand planning processes transformation and systems implementation. Work closely with Global COE SMEs teams on project design and implementation
Lead analysis of consolidated market/category demand plans based on Segment-specific demand patterns, innovation and market-driven initiatives to drive scalability and to improve overall performance
Develop Training and development pillar for on-boarding, skill gap assessment, level certification and performance management for demand planning teams

Essential requirements
10-15 years experience preferably in FMCG industry; demonstrated leadership experience in Demand planning,/forecasting, with sound knowledge on other supply chain disciplines (supply planning, logistics, operations)
Experience in working in matrix and complex organizations, leading change, managing and successfully influencing complex stakeholder relationships
Managing ang building effective teams within a matrix organization/remote teams set-up
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex information and drive strategic decisions and recommendation
Business Acumen – understanding of the extent and importance of business issues and its impact to overall organization performance
Influencing w/o Authority– ability to lead and influence different stakeholders with or without direct reporting responsibility
Play to Win – Continuous improvement mindset to drive Best-in-class processes
Move Fast – prioritizing agility over perfection, ability to take hard calls and address difficult issues and facilitate quick decision -making
