At Ingram Micro, we believe in shaping tomorrow—by empowering innovation, enabling growth, and building a more inclusive, connected world through technology.

How this team drives our success
Our EMEA Demand Planning team sits at the heart of Ingram Micro’s commercial engine. By translating market signals, customer insights, and vendor strategies into accurate demand plans, the team ensures that the right products are available at the right time, across diverse markets. Working closely with sales, supply chain, vendors, and country organisations, Demand Planning plays a critical role in driving profitable growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction across the region.

As Demand Planner, EMEA, you will own demand forecasting and strategic alignment for a defined category portfolio across the EMEA region. This is a highly collaborative, commercially driven role with direct impact on performance metrics such as COGS and forecast accuracy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Define and maintain accurate demand forecasts at SKU and country level, aligned with business priorities and growth strategies
  • Deliver budgeted and target Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) outcomes
  • Continuously improve forecast accuracy, minimising variance and enhancing financial predictability
  • Partner closely with Supply Planning teams to ensure demand and supply are tightly aligned
  • Coordinate sales forecasts with vendors, category managers, country organisations, and key customers
  • Facilitate proactive, ongoing communication to adjust forecasts based on market dynamics
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Vendors, and Marketing on new product introductions and growth initiatives
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of forecasting processes and ways of working across EMEA

What you bring to succeed

  • 3–5 years’ experience in demand planning, forecasting, or a similar commercial planning role
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage
  • Experience working in regional, multicultural environments
  • Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or similar analytics tools are a plus
  • A strong analytical, data‑driven mindset with high attention to detail
  • Curiosity and motivation to build deep product and market knowledge
  • Collaborative working style and confidence engaging diverse stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel within EMEA approximately once per quarter
