We are looking for a demand generation specialist who is ready to energise global marketing efforts and make a meaningful impact. In this role, you will be the vital link between strategy and execution, helping regional teams deliver high quality outbound campaigns and account-based marketing initiatives. You will guide teams in applying modern techniques such as artificial intelligence assisted personalisation, predictive analytics and automated lead scoring, while maintaining discipline across customer relationship management systems and the marketing funnel.

You will also play a key role in coaching and enabling teams, developing toolkits and playbooks that make global standards easy to adopt. Working closely with marketing, sales and key account managers, you will help shape campaigns that are locally relevant and globally aligned. You will be part of Fugro’s global Brand, Marketing & Communications team, working closely with colleagues across content, digital, PR and regional marketing.

Your role

  • Execute outbound campaigns across email, paid media and social platforms, define and oversee global campaign frameworks, supporting regions in execution.
  • Manage marketing automation workflows and ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.
  • Support segmentation and personalisation of outreach based on audience data.
  • Collaborate with key account managers to develop and deliver targeted account-based campaigns.
  • Create tailored content and engagement strategies for high value accounts.
  • Track campaign performance and provide insights to improve conversion.
  • Monitor lead progression through the marketing funnel.
  • Ensure accurate data capture and smooth handover of leads to customer relationship management and sales teams.
  • Support funnel optimisation through analytics and reporting.
  • Work closely with sales, regional marketing and commercial excellence teams.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and integration across outbound channels.
  • Provide operational support for internal enablement initiatives.
  • Contribute to outbound marketing playbooks and campaign toolkits.
  • Share operational best practices and support training efforts.
  • Help build account-based marketing and automation capabilities across the organisation.
  • Support and enable regional marketing teams to deliver consistent, high-quality campaigns.
  • Work closely with the Demand Generation Manager to translate global frameworks into day-to-day campaign execution.
  • Analyse campaign data to identify opportunities for optimisation and share insights with global and regional teams.
  • Apply agile marketing principles by leading sprint-based campaign cycles, testing and iterating on ideas, measuring performance (e.g., ROI, MQLs), and optimising execution based on data and feedback to ensure adaptive, customer-centric marketing delivery.

What you bring along

  • A degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
  • Experience in digital marketing, demand generation or account-based strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage marketing projects or lead teams with confidence and clarity.
  • Fluency in English, with strong communication skills across cultures and regions.
  • A background in business-to-business marketing, ideally within technical or complex industries.
  • Experience working with international teams and navigating global environments
  • Business to business experience is essential.
  • Expertise in marketing automation, customer relationship management systems, search engine optimisation (SEO), search engine advertising (SEA) and analytics tools.
  • Proven ability to support lead generation and targeted campaigns with measurable results.
  • Strong technical capabilities across campaign execution, customer relationship management integration, data analytics and reporting, stakeholder engagement, digital platforms, communications and agile marketing practices.
