Demand Generation Manager

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)

Are you a demand gen marketer who thrives at the intersection of data, strategy, and pipeline? Do you love building multi-channel campaigns that reach the right audiences — and seeing that work show up directly in revenue? Join us as Demand Generation Manager and take ownership of how Togetherwork generates pipeline across our 12 vertical software markets. If you’re energized by fast-growing SaaS environments and want your programs to directly shape revenue outcomes, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will own demand generation strategy and execution across Togetherwork’s vertical markets, accountable for pipeline generation and revenue-driving outcomes. You will:

  • Partner with Product Marketing and Sales to develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies for specific vertical software solutions.
  • Plan and manage key demand gen programs — including SEO, SEM, paid social, and email — to drive pipeline generation across the full funnel.
  • Drive the execution and orchestration of prospect and customer webinars, from promotion through registration and attendance, and generate derivative assets from on-demand programming.
  • Collaborate with SDR and Field Sales teams to ensure timely lead follow-up, providing necessary enablement materials and optimizing Gong/Salesforce sequences for faster conversion.
  • Partner with Operations to track full-funnel performance, analyze campaign attribution, and conduct TAM analysis to ensure programs are pointed toward revenue-driving outcomes.
  • Oversee the vertical marketing budget, directing digital agencies and spend to align with pipeline goals.

What You Bring

You’ll succeed in this role if you have:

  • 5–7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a proven track record in demand creation and field/regional marketing in a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com, HubSpot (or Marketo), and demand generation technologies like 6sense or Drift.
  • Demonstrated experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns that achieve pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Strong ability to leverage UTM-based attribution and web analytics to iterate on and optimize marketing programs.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, action-driven narratives.
  • A collaborative mindset with a proven ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, SDR, and Business Units to enhance the customer experience.
  • A natural curiosity and comfort with analyzing data, running tests, and presenting findings to executive leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience with AI-first marketing tools and automation to increase speed-to-market and operational efficiency.
  • Background in vertical SaaS or association, community, or event-driven markets.
  • Experience managing digital agency relationships and multi-channel marketing budgets.

What You’ll Get

This is a unique opportunity to:

  • Own demand generation for a $200M+ vertical SaaS company with 12 distinct markets and a growing customer base of 70,000+.
  • See your campaigns directly influence pipeline, revenue, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Work with a flexible, collaborative team and forward-thinking leadership.
  • Make measurable impact — with the autonomy to shape how demand gen operates and the data to see that work land.
