As our Delivery PMO Manager, you will be responsible for driving the project management capability across your unit or area to ensure excellence in customer project delivery and maintain a strong competitive advantage. In this role, you may lead and develop a PMO team, including project managers, order administrators, project administrators, quantity surveyors, and project planners, ensuring effective collaboration and high performance across all project activities. 

You will monitor and support project execution and portfolio performance within your scope, ensuring projects are delivered in line with timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Additionally, you will contribute to portfolio governance by supporting planning, forecasting, and reporting activities, enabling clear visibility and effective decision-making across the business. 

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will support Sales in developing competitive and winning tenders, while also contributing to the planning, execution, and governance of key delivery projects. 

As a strategic partner, you will play a critical role in strengthening project management practices, enhancing portfolio performance, and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across your area of responsibility. 

What do we need to be successful?

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture, nice to have a master’s degree in project management or a similar relevant field.
  • Up to 5 years of proven experience as a Sr. Project Manager with a successful track record of delivering projects on time and within budget in an automatization & control, elevator & escalator industry or similar B2B environment.
  • Experience leading a group of Project Managers (a must)
  • Responsible for order books
  • Strong Budget Management
  • Available to travel within the country up to 50%
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
