Delivery operations manager Norway - Greater Oslo area

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Ensures safe, reliable, high-quality and profitable execution of the delivery projects within his/her portfolio, leading to customer satisfaction and fulfilment of KONE business objectives. Actively manage portfolio performance in terms of progress against schedule, planning accuracy, productivity, safety and quality performance. Ensure appropriate use of KONE installation methods and KONE Way operations management practices. Manage the Delivery Operations team, ensuring competence, optimized deployment and allocation of the resources.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As Delivery Operations Manager in Norway, you will have the operational responsibility for the installation of KONE lifts and escalators in greater Oslo area. You will be responsible for the entire installation team in Oslo with direct management responsibility for all supervisors within installation. You will have budget responsibility for the installation department, and it is expected of you to make a strong contribution to identifying, exploring and addressing potential areas of development, improvement and value.
In addition, you will have the strategic responsibility and lead all processes, goals and negotiations within installation. You will be an important part of the leadership team in Region Denmark/Norway/Iceland and must ensure good cooperation across different departments. At the same time, you will work closely with the Nordics organization in order to succeed in running the department in the right direction. This position reports to the Regional Director/MD for Denmark & Norway.
