You will be an integrated part of our customer account structure, fostering strong relationships with our customers and collaborating closely with our Delivery Partner. Together, you will create an environment that promotes innovation, collaboration, and customer success. By owning the technical and managerial support for our field engineers, technicians, system administrators, subject matter experts, and product support personnel, you will empower them to deliver, manage, maintain, and deploy IT services effectively.

When it comes to troubleshooting incidents, problems, changes, and escalations, you will be at the forefront, providing swift support to fix any issues that may arise in malfunctioning services, operations, software, or equipment. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that our systems run smoothly, offering our customers a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivery Coordination & Oversight

    • Partner closely with PMO to align on timelines, governance, and reporting standards.

    • Collaborate with Technical Advisory to resolve technical challenges and maintain project momentum.

    • Assign resources to projects based on scope, complexity, and priority.

    • Monitor the quality of deliverables to ensure adherence to standards and best practices.

    • Escalate delivery constraints, risks, and dependencies to leadership for timely resolution.

  • Stakeholder Engagement

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders regarding delivery progress, risks, and dependencies.

    • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution.

  • Governance & Best Practices

    • Enforce delivery frameworks, methodologies, and ServiceNow best practices across all initiatives.

    • Drive compliance with organizational standards, including risk management and change control processes.

  • Continuous Improvement

    • Identify opportunities to optimize delivery processes and enhance collaboration between internal/external stakeholders.

    • Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates and industry trends to guide strategic decisions.


Who You Are

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Software Engineering

  • 3–5 years of experience in ServiceNow delivery management, including large-scale implementations.

  • Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams without direct reporting lines.

  • Excellent understanding of ITSM processes, Agile methodologies, and project governance.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS in ITSM or other modules).

  • PMP certification is preferred

  • ITIL Foundation or Intermediate certification

  • Experience in enterprise environments with complex integrations.

  • Familiarity with resource management and quality assurance practices.
