Build your career and Australia’s future.
Not many people can say they are working on building Australia’s future. With us you’ll be doing just that, leaving a legacy for all Australians. Plus, there’s equal employment, great training, and true flexible working arrangements.
A bit about your role
As the Delivery Manager, you will take end-to-end ownership of large-scale IT project deliverables, guiding them from concept through to implementation with clarity and care. You will lead the planning and execution of complex technical programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and in alignment with stakeholder expectations.
Your role will be central to managing project financials, vendor engagement, and cross-functional dependencies, all within nbn’s Enterprise Technology Delivery (ETD) framework. You will foster strong relationships across the organisation, chairing regular project updates and ensuring transparent communication with senior leaders.
With a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement, you will also support vendor evaluations, feasibility studies, and technology demonstrations, while mentoring emerging talent and contributing to a culture of shared success.
A bit about you
If this sounds like the role for you, you will likely bring deep experience in delivering integrated IT and network solutions across multiple applications and partners, ideally within telecommunications or similar industries. You are confident navigating the software development lifecycle and have a strong grasp of project management principles in large-scale IT environments.
Your leadership style is inclusive and empowering, and you thrive in environments where collaboration and purpose drive outcomes. You communicate with clarity, and you’re skilled at building trust with senior stakeholders. With your strategic mindset and calm approach to complexity, you bring people together to deliver meaningful, high-impact solutions that align with nbn’s broader goals.
