About the Role

Monks is looking for a Delivery Manager based in Buenos Aires to own the DAM operations for one of our largest global clients. You’ll manage a high-volume, fast-paced system, enable global creative teams to find and deliver assets quickly, and act as the primary point of contact for DAM-related training, first-line support, licensing and compliance. You’ll collaborate closely with regional teams, in-house developers and external partners to keep the DAM, asset library and integrated workflows running smoothly and accurately.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the DAM: ensure assets are uploaded, tagged with correct metadata, and organized so assets are discoverable in seconds. Keep folder structures clean and enforce naming/ingest standards.
  • First-line support: respond to user questions from creative, ops, account teams and external agencies; triage issues and document resolutions.
  • Training & documentation: develop and deliver training materials and onboarding for new and existing users on the DAM, review/approval platform and asset library.
  • QA & governance: monitor asset integrity, usage rights and compliance; implement and enforce processes to reduce errors and drive consistency.
  • Collaboration: build and maintain relationships with internal teams across your region (North & Latin America).
  • Product feedback & issue tracking: log bugs, feature requests and workflow enhancements with internal development teams; close the loop on fixes and improvements.
  • Stock & licensing management: liaise with stock houses globally; review, acquire and distribute stock assets and licenses; advise and enforce licensing and procurement policies.
  • Stakeholder liaison: act as the bridge between creative, account, legal and procurement teams to resolve pricing, licensing and compliance questions.

About You

  • 5 years professional experience in Digital Asset Management within advertising, marketing or similar creative environments.
  • Hands-on experience with a DAM system (Adobe AEM preferred); experience as an administrator, librarian/curator or DAM operator.
  • Solid understanding of creative asset types and formats (image, video, audio, fonts, animation, templates, etc.) and how they’re used in production and delivery.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience working with creative, operations and account teams and comfortable training end users.
  • Problem-solver with a process-driven mindset: able to document workflows, write training materials and translate user needs into clear feature requests.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across time zones; manage changing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills — you’re a relationship builder who can navigate a global organization.
