This role is responsible for managing multiple client accounts, ensuring smooth service delivery, and leading teams effectively while maintaining high client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, people-focused, and comfortable working in a client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee delivery across multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear, professional, and timely communication.
Coordinate internal teams to ensure commitments, timelines, and expectations are met.
Monitor delivery performance, identify risks, and proactively address issues.
Lead, coach, and support team members to ensure strong performance and engagement.
Ensure processes, documentation, and reporting are well-organized and up to date.
Facilitate regular status meetings, reviews, and follow-ups with clients and internal stakeholders.
Promote a positive team culture and maintain a high standard of professionalism.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of previous experience in delivery management, service management, or account management roles.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong English proficiency (spoken and written).
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing competing deadlines.
Demonstrated experience in people management, including coaching, feedback, and conflict resolution.
Positive attitude with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with clients and team members.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a client-facing or consulting environment.
Familiarity with basic delivery metrics, KPIs, and reporting.
