As a Rewards Delivery Manager within Asda Technology’s Customer & Rewards portfolio, you will own the end-to-end delivery and ongoing health of the Rewards platform. You are accountable for both the delivery of new change and the performance of the service in live operation, including ownership through incidents and periods of disruption.

You will bring pace, structure and clarity to a complex, customer critical area, working closely with Product, Engineering, Service teams and external partners to ensure Rewards remains reliable, resilient and continuously improving while enabling delivery of Asda’s Formula for Growth.

Please be advised that this position requires attendance at Asda House in Leeds for a minimum of three days per week. We’re really looking forward to having you around!

We welcome applications from candidates seeking part-time hours, flexible working arrangements, or job share opportunities.

At Asda Technology, we believe that every system runs, every project delivers and every person succeeds.

The role will involve the following, but is wider than just words and tasks; it’s about working with people and technology to make great stuff happen.

What You’ll Do

  • Own delivery across Rewards initiatives, projects and product change, from discovery through release and handover into live service
  • Coordinate service outcomes in live operation, including recovery and stabilisation during incidents
  • Plan, sequence and facilitate delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives, balancing new change with live stability and removing blockers where needed
  • Manage delivery risk, dependencies and constraints across internal teams and external suppliers
  • Coordinate and manage delivery partners day to day, ensuring quality, compliance with technology standards, cost efficiency and agreed ways of working
  • Own delivery level cost control, including forecast accuracy, tracking spend and managing supplier change costs
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture and Service teams to shape feasible delivery options, ensure operational readiness and protect live service health
  • Provide clear delivery updates and oversight across Rewards activity, ensuring transparency for stakeholders
  • Continuously improve delivery practices, coaching teams and partners to work more effectively and predictably

What You’ll Need

  • Strong experience delivering complex, customer facing platforms in a multi supplier environment
  • Proven delivery planning, risk management and dependency management skills
  • Comfortable working across Agile and hybrid delivery models
  • Clear, confident communicator able to work with senior stakeholders
  • Experience of financial tracking and supplier delivery oversight
