Agentic Delivery (AI Agents & Orchestration)
- Defining standards and architecture for agentic solutions, including:
- Agent orchestration patterns (task planning, tool use, approvals)
- Human-in-the-loop controls for high-risk actions
- Safety, observability, and auditability requirements
- Guiding development teams to integrate agents with enterprise systems using APIs, eventing, and workflow engines.
- Ensuring responsible AI usage, including model governance, data boundaries, and policy compliance.
People, Operating Model & Vendor Management
- Building and leading a multidisciplinary team (process mining analysts, RPA developers, solution architects, product owners, QA).
- Managing vendors/partners, licenses, and platform spend; negotiate contracts and ensure adoption.
- Enabling “citizen development” where appropriate with guardrails, training, and quality controls.
Stakeholder Partnership & Change Adoption
- Partnering with Data & AI Office business function leaders to select and execute high-impact opportunities.
- Drivign adoption and change management: communications, training, and workflow updates.
- Presenting strategy, progress, and outcomes to executive stakeholders.
