Enterprise AI is moving fast. Enterprise adoption isn't. phData is building the practice that closes that gap, and we need the practitioners to drive it.

We're seeking a Delivery Leader, with a focus on AI Adoption & Change Management to lead the hands-on delivery of enterprise-wide adoption programs for agentic AI, LLM-powered solutions, foundational data platforms, and modern analytics across our customer organizations. This is a delivery-focused client leader role sitting at the intersection of execution, client trust, and practice growth — with direct impact on customer satisfaction, measurable business outcomes, and our market positioning as we build and evolve intelligence platforms for customers.

If you have deep roots in AI, data, or analytics-driven transformation, this is the role for you.

Core Responsibilities

Change Management & Adoption Strategy

  • Design and execute structured change and adoption plans with clear workstreams, milestones, and tactics that maximize adoption of data platforms, analytics tools, and AI-powered workflows
  • Translate technical platform and AI model impacts into role-based change tactics, journey maps, and "what changes for me" narratives
  • Define, track, and report on adoption and behavior change metrics — including scorecards and dashboards for client stakeholders
  • Design and facilitate training, enablement, and AI upskilling experiences (data literacy, AI literacy, prompt engineering, responsible AI) tailored to different personas with measurable outcomes

Client Leadership & Account Growth

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to day-to-day client sponsors and senior stakeholders — owning relationships, aligning on delivery roadmaps, and surfacing expansion opportunities
  • Partner with executive sponsors, data and analytics leaders, product and delivery teams, and business end users to ensure seamless execution and measurable outcomes
  • Build cross-practice relationships (Data Engineering, Analytics, AI/ML, Governance, Advisory) to design and deliver end-to-end solutions that drive customer success

Practice Development & Thought Leadership

  • Help shape differentiated AI Adoption & Change Management offerings by contributing reusable assets — playbooks, communications plans, training curricula, change impact logs
  • Mentor junior consultants and change leads; contribute to internal knowledge sharing and capability building
  • Support pre-sales activities as a subject matter expert — contributing to proposals, scoping sessions, and client discovery

Delivery Excellence & Engagement Leadership

  • Own end-to-end delivery of AI, data, and analytics change programs — from scoping and planning through execution and optimization
  • Establish pragmatic governance and cadence (steering committees, working sessions, status reporting) to keep delivery on track and stakeholders aligned
  • Manage RAID logs, delivery milestones, and workstream health across concurrent engagements
  • Exhibit strong ownership and accountability in resolving delivery challenges with a bias toward action and exceptional outcomes

Qualitications

  • 8+ years as a hands-on Change Management leader owning both OCM strategy and execution for data and AI transformations, including data platforms, advanced analytics, and AI/GenAI solutions
  • 4+ years of consulting experience with external clients, managing concurrent engagements and delivering consistent quality across a portfolio of AI and data programs
  • Proven experience with the full change lifecycle, including awareness and understanding through pilot, rollout, sustained adoption, and optimization
  • Depth in OCM methods: change impact analysis, stakeholder mapping, communications planning, resistance management, and adoption measurement
  • Experience delivering change for real-world AI and data programs — cloud data platform migrations, self-service analytics and BI/AI copilot rollouts, data governance implementations, and AI use case deployments
  • Strong practical understanding of cloud data platforms, modern analytics, and AI-enabled workflows and the people, process, and role impacts they create
  • Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) applied specifically to AI and data platform initiatives in client delivery contexts
  • Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders including C-suite sponsors, aligning on strategy, delivery roadmaps, and change approach
  • Strong client-facing written and verbal communication skills, able to build executive storylines, tailor narratives for technical and business audiences, and present adoption risks and AI value cases with clarity
  • Understanding of evolving AI capabilities (ML, GenAI, AI agents) and how to orchestrate people and process change so AI-enabled solutions are adopted and generate measurable value
  • Proven track record supporting or heavily influencing the sales lifecycle: discovery, solution shaping, executive proposals, and helping close large consulting deals
