TITLE: Delivery Coordinator
LOCATION: Belgrade, Serbia
The Delivery Coordinator will serve as a Functional Team Member within the Global Depot Services Team, responsible for developing and maintaining Excel-based reports covering order management, inventory, billing, and shipping. These reports consolidate data from multiple sources, including Oracle ES/ERP.
A strong understanding of Service and Depot repair processes is essential for success in this role. The position involves working on global projects, solving problems creatively and effectively, and adapting global tools and techniques to meet local requirements.
The Delivery Coordinator is accountable for the successful design, development, and deployment of global service processes and the supporting infrastructure.
KEY AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Assist in process documentation alignment with in the Depot Repair Global Process System
Work closely with other members of the NCR Voyix Services Team to implement a multi-functional business solution
Support the development of training and deployment
Develop and support reporting activities across multiple Services Repair and Depot locations
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Computer Information Systems or 2 – 3 years of business-related experience
Strong analysis and design skills
Strong written and oral English Language communication skills
Strong Self Motivated
Strong team orientation
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of Oracle CRM modules: Depot Repair, Oracle Order Management, Inventory,
Bill of Material, Work in Process strongly preferred
Strong Excel and Visual Basic skills strongly preferred
