Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Delivery Business Systems Analyst located in Salt Lake City, UT.
Reporting to the IT Manager the Delivery Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for analyzing complex business problems in order to solve them with automated systems and will also be responsible for designed details for automated systems in order to make them more efficient. Supporting the IT system development projects team for the business, responsible for administering and maintaining the organization’s information systems to ensure that they function reliably and in accordance with user needs
What a typical day looks like:
  • Determine and implement required system improvements to meet customer requirements.
  • Analyze new requirements and write functional and technical specifications for developers.
  • Supervise staff in determining methods and procedures for new assignments.
  • Support customer applications and verify newly developed processes.
  • Develop reports based on user requests and implement HR strategies for workforce recruitment and retention.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
  • Functional knowledge, education background on Systems engineer, Computer science, programming, or related careers; or relevant working experience required.
  • Demonstrates advanced experience and skills associated with performing assigned functions.
  • Demonstrates advanced /thorough knowledge of the function and Flex business.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, financial reports, legal documents or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, associates, vendors and/or customers.
  • Must be able to communicate to all levels of the organization from production associates through executives.
