Deja tu Huella - Medical & Marketing Lung intern
To be part of a new cohort of the Roche-CEU San Pablo postgraduate degree as an expert in the Pharmaceutical Industry. An 11-month internship at Roche where you will participate in challenging projects and benefit from pioneering postgraduate training in the market about the pharmaceutical industry.
You will have the opportunity to receive on-the-job training by working on key projects with your designated department from Monday to Thursday and attending in-person postgraduate classes at the university on Friday.
Our main location is Madrid. We are open to applications from all over Spain, but relocation will be needed as part of the program expectations. Office attendance is expected (with some flexibility) to enable collaboration, networking, and exposure across teams and ecosystems.
You will also receive mentorship from a Roche tutor who will provide continuous feedback to support your professional development. The mentors for the program are Roche’s senior and experienced young talent development professionals.

Main responsibilities as an intern
Facilitate medical education initiatives within the Pulmonology Squad.
Monitor key clinical studies within the therapeutic area, including the associated publication plan.
Manage content and briefing materials for medical education events in collaboration with medical teams.
Optimize scientific content and enhance the impact and follow-up of medical events, coordinating with MCO, Legal & Compliance, ecosystems, communications, and digital teams.
Support communication of the medical pipeline, including presentations, materials, and internal meetings.
Contribute to improving coordination and alignment within the squad and across central and ecosystem teams.
Support the development and exploration of AI-based tools to improve team coordination and operational efficiency.
Support the planning, execution, and follow-up of events, materials, and marketing actions.
Assist in Pulmonology segmentation activities.
Support the implementation of actions derived from segmentation strategies.
Contribute to the development and execution of an omnichannel marketing plan.
Assist in monitoring digital actions (web, social media, email campaigns).
Conduct small-scale market research and competitor analysis.
Support administrative tasks such as database management and coordination with agencies.
What are we looking for?
Education: Degree in Life Sciences or Health Sciences (preferred). Background in Marketing or Health Sciences considered valuable. Strong scientific understanding to support medical content development.
Skills: Strong communication and influence skills. Ability to work in networks and cross-functional teams. Project management mindset. Digital literacy and understanding of social media ecosystems. Ability to make data-driven decisions.
Competencies: Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks. High level of operational efficiency. Ability to improve cohesion and alignment across teams and ecosystems. Proactivity, curiosity, and adaptability. Strong scientific mindset.
Advanced user of Microsoft Office tools.
Familiarity with AI tools and digital platforms.
Comfortable using communication and social media tools.
Languages: High level of English required.
