Deja tu Huella: Business Enabling & Capabilities - Intern
What do we offer?
To be part of a new cohort of the Roche-CEU San Pablo postgraduate degree as an expert in the Pharmaceutical Industry. 11 months of internships at Roche where you will participate in challenging projects and benefit from pioneering postgraduate training in the market about the pharmaceutical industry.
You will have the opportunity to get on-the-job training by working on key projects with your designated department from Monday to Thursday and attend in person postgraduate classes at the university on Friday.
Our main location is Madrid, we are open to applications from all over Spain but relocation will be needed as part of the program expectations. Office attendance is expected (with some flexibility) to enjoy the connection to our colleagues, network and get exposure.
Last but not least, you will have mentorship by a Roche tutor who will give you continuous feedback to develop your professional skills. The mentors for the program are Roche’s senior and experienced young talent development professionals.

What are the main responsibilities of the Intern?
This internship is designed to help evolve learning beyond traditional training by contributing to the creation of a modern, digital, and scalable learning ecosystem that prepares Roche talent for the future of healthcare.
The intern will work closely with the Roche Academy Spain team and collaborate cross-functionally with different areas of the organization to help design impactful learning experiences, support capability development initiatives, and contribute to the evolution of Roche’s learning culture.
Main responsibilities include:
Digital Learning Ecosystem & SkillUp
Supporting the organization and curation of learning content within Roche’s digital learning ecosystem, including SkillUp.
Contributing to the design of intuitive and engaging digital learning experiences using technology and AI as facilitators of employee growth.
Assisting in the optimization of content structures and learning journeys to improve the employee learning experience.
Supporting the exploration and implementation of Generative AI tools and digital learning solutions.
Learning Journeys & Capability Development
Collaborating in the creation of innovative learning journeys focused on future-relevant capabilities.
Supporting the adaptation of global learning resources and external EdTech trends into high-value local learning experiences.
Contributing to the alignment of learning initiatives with Roche’s global Commercialization Capabilities framework, especially for customer-facing teams.
Helping identify new methodologies and approaches to improve employee engagement and capability development.
Learning Analytics & Business Impact
Supporting the analysis of learning metrics, KPIs, and impact indicators to help measure the value of learning initiatives.
Assisting in the unification of learning processes under the Roche Academy Spain identity and philosophy.
Collaborating in the preparation of reports and presentations to communicate learning impact and business alignment.
Contributing to the development of a data-driven learning culture focused on continuous improvement.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Collaborating with multiple departments and stakeholders across the organization to ensure a consistent and coherent learning experience.
Participating in cross-functional meetings, innovation discussions, and capability development initiatives.
Staying up to date with learning, capability-building, and EdTech trends both within and outside the pharmaceutical industry.
Throughout the internship, the candidate will gain exposure to Learning Experience Design, capability strategy, digital transformation, user experience methodologies, and scalable learning architecture in a highly innovative environment.
What are we looking for in this position?
Recent graduates or university students who will obtain their degree in the summer, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Pedagogy, Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Digital Content, User Experience (UX), Educational Technology (EdTech), or related fields.
We are looking for curious, innovative, and collaborative candidates with a strong passion for learning, people development, and digital transformation.
Desired skills and qualifications include:
Strong interest in learning innovation, digital ecosystems, and capability development.
Analytical mindset and interest in data-driven decision-making and learning metrics.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to create engaging narratives and learning experiences.
User-centric mindset with empathy and interest in employee experience and learning design.
Agility, adaptability, and comfort working in dynamic and evolving environments.
Proactivity, curiosity, and willingness to challenge the status quo.
Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Google Workspace or similar collaboration tools.
Intermediate level of Google Sheets or Excel.
Interest in Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), digital communities, or visual design tools is considered a plus.
Intermediate to high level of English and Spanish.
Passion for improving people development and contributing to an innovative and future-oriented learning culture.
Commitment to dedicate yourself full time to the program from September 2026 to August 2027.
For international students, have a valid NIE or work permit in Spain.
