Job Summary
We are looking for a Decision Scientist with strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, and Power Query to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will be adept at building interactive dashboards, optimizing data models, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver clear, impactful analytics solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Write and optimize DAX measures and calculations for advanced analytics.
- Use Power Query to clean, transform, and integrate data from multiple sources.
- Partner with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting platforms.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Present insights and recommendations to leadership in a clear, compelling manner.
- Continuously improve reporting processes and adopt best practices in BI development.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, DAX, and Power Query.
- Experience in data modeling and building scalable BI solutions.
- Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
