• Monitor Process Suspend Debt, Terminate, Blacklist, and Post Audit Exempt, De-Blacklist, and Reconnect Debt.
• Report on Aging (Consumer & Enterprise).
• Report Suspend Debt & Reconnect Debt, Exempt VIP Residential.
• Control Collection Treatment Suspend Debt & Terminate.
• Control Treatment Blacklist, De-Blacklist (Consumer & Enterprise) follow Company Policy.
• Project OSOBS _ Debt Transformation, Project Collection Treatment CSL, AIS Group, TMC System SAP to SMIS, Project Develop System SMIS
