Transaction Services: 

We are one of the leading providers of M&A and transaction support services in Greece. The Deals & Strategy Transaction Services team works side-by-side with senior members of our clients’ teams to create tangible and sustainable value from their M&A transactions and offers comprehensive support throughout the transaction lifecycle. Our services include financial / business due diligence services, advising clients in their negotiations on the financial aspects of share purchase agreements, reviewing completion accounts to safeguard value and conducting special purpose assignments (e.g. deal analytics and data- driven insights, vendor assistance). We help clients assess the financial health and potential risks or opportunities of target companies, ensuring informed decision-making.  

At Deals & Strategy Transaction Services you will have the opportunity to work on high profile M&A transactions, to increase your visibility to senior members of our clients’ management teams and build lasting relationships as their trusted advisor. You will also become part of a high achieving, collaborative team which focuses on knowledge sharing, thought leadership and the continuous development of its people through internal and external training and upskilling courses. 

As part of our team, you will: 

• Analyze complex financial information and apply valuation techniques to support strategic decision-making

• Create engaging marketing materials, such as presentations and pitch books, that impress and persuade

• Prepare comprehensive due diligence reports and deliver data-driven financial analyses that inform critical investment decisions 

• Support deal execution and streamline processes to ensure excellent outcomes

• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams (e.g. tax, legal, ESG) to enhance performance and drive innovation

• Work with a diverse client base consisting primarily of large Greek and Multinational corporates, domestic and foreign Private Equity funds, Banks and financial investors 

• Interact with C-suite executives, gaining valuable experience in communication and relationship management

• Build strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and collaboration

• Gain invaluable experiences and expand your professional network on an international level

What you bring matters   

• Excellent academic records from a Greek or foreign university (Bachelor’s and / or Master’s degree) relevant to any of the following disciplines: Finance, Economics, Accounting, Banking, Mathematics, Engineering, Management Science & Technology, Business Administration or relevant discipline;

• 0-1 year of relevant working experience

• Willingness to study towards acquiring a high-profile professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CFA)

• Understanding of accounting and reporting standards (such as IFRS, Greek GAAP), awareness of related financial statement risks and valuation techniques

• Proficient in MS Office applications, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint

• Proficient communication skills in Greek and English, both verbal and written

• Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented approach 

• Self-motivated and driven individuals, with an entrepreneurial mindset, eager to invest in their own personal development and professional growth

• Confident and positive, “can do” attitude

• Focused on achieving results and consistently willing to go above and beyond expectations

• Analytical thinking and strong financial and business acumen  

• Commitment to providing excellent quality work and building client relationships

• Demonstrates proactive problem-solving skills and a resourceful approach to challenges

Other Elements That Would Be Highly Regarded Include 

• A relevant professional qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CFA) in progress or completed will be considered a plus and will be given priority

• Prior internship experience in a similar corporate environment

• Knowledge of advanced data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Power Pivot, Power Query, Power BI, Alteryx) or other programming languages
