The Opportunity
As part of the Deal Integration and Business Realization team you support and lead operational activities across the deal lifecycle for M&A, integrations, and divestitures. As a Senior Associate, you analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain elevated standards while building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You are responsible for delivering substantial business results through strategic and creative thinking, problem-solving, and individual initiative, while effectively managing project workflows and fostering a productive teamwork environment.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Master of Business Administration in Engineering, Information Technology, Operations Management/Research, Accounting & Finance, or Business Analytics preferred
- Supporting operational activities across M&A lifecycle
- Leading integration and separation planning and execution
- Analyzing synergies and cost savings
- Building positive, collaborative relationships with team members
- Driving impact in projects spanning the deal lifecycle
- Coaching staff with timely feedback
- Managing quantitative and qualitative analysis of complex data

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
