Deals - Corporate Finance Senior Associate

We are seeking a Senior Associate level person to join us in our Corporate Finance services. 

A career within Deals Corporate Finance services, will provide you the opportunity to deliver innovative deal solutions to our clients, providing advice and support, from initiation through to deal completion. Through data driven insights we help our clients move in the right direction ensuring maximum value for their company. 

How will you value-add? 

• Providing corporate finance / mergers and acquisitions advisory services 

• You will be expected to work on project teams to prepare presentation materials / pitches, as well as execute engagements under the guidance of Corporate Finance Partners and Directors 

•  Responsible for deal execution including financial modelling   

About you 

• Degree in Business/Finance related field  

• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional transactions experience with investment banks/corporate finance houses 

• Proven experience in deal execution and financial modelling 

• Strong analytical and evaluation skills 

• Demonstrating accuracy and attention to details when working in a fast paced environment 

• A self-starter with high level of initiative
