Job Description Summary

Dealer Compliance will be responsible for managing and maintaining RCIS business’ strategy on Independent Third Party compliance. Responsible for both advising and enforcing GEHC's policies and procedures covering the regulation of Independent Third Parties within RCIS. Works with various functional teams, as well as legal counsel within the region, to identify, assess and develop action plans with respect to Independent Third Party risk. Manages Dealer Compliance Specialists.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide Independent Third Party regulatory and compliance advice, including advising the businesses/operational teams within the region.
  • Lead projects for the regional business to ensure operations are complying with applicable regulations and GE HealthCare policies governing Independent Third Parties.
  • Responsible for supporting rigorous processes in the area of Independent Third Party compliance for the region.
  • Develop internal processes and tools to facilitate Independent Third Party compliance.
  • Liaise with cross functional teams/compliance groups to establish Independent Third Party compliance priorities and identify/address compliance gaps.
  • Develop and deliver targeted Independent Third Party training to business leaders, operational teams and others.
  • Benchmark best practices with respect to Independent Third Parties for the regional business.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly regional metrics on Independent Third Party due diligence, training and contracting compliance and report such metrics to Compliance leader and business leadership team.
  • Conduct compliance monitoring / audits of Independent Third Parties process.

Required Qualifications

  • High education (legal preferred)
  • Minimum 6 years of prior experience with Independent Third Parties or similar compliance/regulatory area
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to communicate business issues in an easy to understand manner
  • Strong working knowledge of English language
  • Prior team management
  • Ability to function as an integral member of the GEHC global legal and compliance function
  • Knowledge of and ability to apply problem-solving and decision-making skills
