This role is offered as a hybrid in Brno, Czech Republic. We are only able to accept applications for those based in the Czech Republic or who have sponsorship to live and work in the Czech Republic.
The Deal Operations Specialist I is an integral member of the Revenue Operations team. The Deal Operations Specialist I will be the first point of contact for any requests and handle routine administrative functions associated with our Quote to Cash workflows. They are the expert for Salesforce quoting, not only to assist Sales team members with quoting, but to enable the Sales organization with best practices, tools, and resources that further enable performance. They are responsible for managing a queue of requests and will work to prioritize, resolve or escalate requests to meet the business needs of Jamf. This individual will be tasked with maintaining efficiency, accuracy and compliance of transactions within the CRM. This position is a collaborative role that interacts with many teams, serving as the internal escalation point for quoting, order processing, returns, assets and account maintenance tasks.
