This role is offered as a hybrid in Brno, Czech Republic. We are only able to accept applications for those based in the Czech Republic or who have sponsorship to live and work in the Czech Republic. 

 

What you’ll do at Jamf: 

The Deal Operations Specialist I is an integral member of the Revenue Operations team. The Deal Operations Specialist I will be the first point of contact for any requests and handle routine administrative functions associated with our Quote to Cash workflows. They are the expert for Salesforce quoting, not only to assist Sales team members with quoting, but to enable the Sales organization with best practices, tools, and resources that further enable performance. They are responsible for managing a queue of requests and will work to prioritize, resolve or escalate requests to meet the business needs of Jamf. This individual will be tasked with maintaining efficiency, accuracy and compliance of transactions within the CRM. This position is a collaborative role that interacts with many teams, serving as the internal escalation point for quoting, order processing, returns, assets and account maintenance tasks. 

 

What you can expect to do in this role: 

  • Maintain a working knowledge of core business systems at Jamf, including CRM, ERP, Ticketing system etc.  
  • Support global sales teams in creating customer quotes (CPQ) in company CRM (Salesforce.com). 
  • Manage a queue of requests with urgency and excellent customer service. 
  • Effectively triage requests and escalate to the correct team as needed. 
  • Input and process returns/exchanges. 
  • Ensure quality of completed orders by resolving any issues or discrepancies. 
  • Serve as an escalation point and resource for quoting, order processing, returns and account maintenance tasks. 
  • Lead and manage complex customer return requests. 
  • Ensure and audit data in the company CRM system (Salesforce.com). 
  • SFCD workflow testing for Account Maintenance, Order Management and Returns. 
  • Assist with Order Management booking and fulfillment tasks as needed. 
  • Support company efforts to achieve retention and revenue targets. 
  • Other duties and special projects as needed.

What we are looking for: 

  • Minimum of 2 years in a detail-oriented environment focused on purchasing, sales administration, or order management. (Required)  
  • Minimum of 1 years Customer Service Experience. (Required)  
  • English fluency (complex writing and speaking). (Required) 
  • Minimum of 1 years Revenue Operations Experience. (Preferred)  
  • Salesforce.com (or alternative CRM platform). (Preferred) 
  • Strong Communication Skills. 
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills. 
  • Excellent Organizational Skills. 
  • Strong Customer Service Skills. 
  • Ability to engage with and establish trust and rapport with all levels of Jamf employees. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
