Deal Flow Specialist

Position Summary:

Play a key role in supporting business development activities by coordinating deal processes, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth execution from initial request through closing. This position partners cross‑functionally to support transactions, maintain compliance, and continuously improve workflows.

HYBRID: 3 days week onsite / 2 days week remote

Key  Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):

  • Manage and support deal binder processes, including responding to requests from internal departments and external stakeholders
  • Facilitate execution of confidentiality agreements, contracts, and related documentation
  • Review contracts and deal materials for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
  • Collect seller survey feedback and coordinate the gathering of due diligence information
  • Communicate deal status, requirements, and contact information to internal and external partners and support the timely closing of transactions
  • Preparation of New Portfolio Descriptions and coordinate timely distribution
  • Support the organization, documentation, and continuous improvement of department workflows and procedures
  • Produce accurate ad hoc reports and analyses to support Deal Flow initiatives
  • Respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) related to portfolio sale offerings
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Prepare for and participate in monthly and quarterly client update calls, as well as onsite review discussions

Professional Experience/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, business, or project management recommended.
  • Strong technical proficiency, including proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Access; experience with SharePoint and Business Objects preferred
  • Excellent organizational, communication, timemanagement, and interpersonal skills High attention to detail with the ability to be flexible and manage multiple priorities and deadlines
