Job Description

Your lived experience is your expertise.

At Concentrix, we believe the best services are designed with communities, not just for them. We are proud to be seeking a Deaf Quality & Promotions Advisor to help shape accessible, high-quality experiences for Deaf and hard-of-hearing people across Aotearoa New Zealand.

This is a meaningful opportunity for a Deaf professional, or someone with a strong connection to the Deaf community, to bring cultural insight, lived experience, and advocacy into a role where it truly matters.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

  • Review service user communications to ensure they are clear, accessible and inclusive for Deaf customers

  • Complete quality audits and provide quality feedback informed by lived experience and knowledge of NZ Deaf culture

  • Develop and support the promotion of accessible services and campaigns

  • Partner with internal teams to improve accessibility and service user experiences

  • Act as a trusted voice for the Deaf community within Concentrix

What We’re Looking For

  • Deaf or hard-of-hearing individuals or people with strong connections to the Deaf community

  • Understanding of NZ Deaf culture and accessible communication, including NZSL

  • Experience in quality assurance, customer experience, advocacy, promotions or community engagement (helpful but not essential)

  • Confidence sharing feedback and influencing positive change

  • Strong written communication skills (NZSL users welcome, interpreting support available)

Why Join Concentrix?

  • A supportive, inclusive workplace committed to accessibility

  • Flexible working arrangements and reasonable adjustments available

  • A role that values lived experience as professional expertise

  • Be part of a global organisation making a local impact

Accessibility & Inclusion

We welcome applications in written form or alternative formats. NZSL interpreters and workplace adjustments will be provided throughout the recruitment process and in the role.

If you care about accessibility, representation, and quality, we would love to hear from you.

Working Hours

This is a part‑time position of up to 30 hours per week, with flexibility to structure these hours in a way that works for you. Hours can be arranged within our core business hours, and we’re happy to discuss a schedule that best supports your work–life balance and any accessibility needs.

Additional Support

We want to ensure every applicant has a fair and comfortable recruitment experience. If you would like a support person present during any stage of the interview process, please feel free to note this in your application.

To help us prepare appropriate adjustments (such as NZSL interpreters, communication support, or technology aids), you are also welcome to include your preferred communication methods and your level of hearing. This information is optional and will only be used to support accessibility during recruitment.

Apply now and help create better experiences for the Deaf community in Aotearoa.
