This position aims to ensure all Lipa SBU documents are aligned with the site and global DCC requirements, effectively and religiously implement the records archiving process, and support in other QMS activities, if needed.
About the job:
Administers all activities in compliance with the site and global DCC procedures.
Overall in charge of document processing using the site’s document control systems.
Manages the document masterlist and shall ensure that all documents will comply with the required calendar review schedule.
Conducts document audit to ensure that all documents in the line are aligned with the current revision level and bearing the right document number as per released by the system.
Effectively implement the records archiving process to properly control the company’s records.
Supports during internal and external audits for DCC related concerns.
Supports in other QMS activities, if needed.
Other duties as assigned.
About you:
Associate degree, two-year technical/trade degree, or equivalent preferred
Five to seven years of experience
With background and understanding of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
Previous experience working in a manufacturing facility
Analytical skills
Strong communication skills
High attention to detail
