Job Description Summary :
Perform daily activities of dry cargo and containerize shipping chartering. Manage shipments delivery in a timely manner. Maintains relationships with carrier vendors and consistently and escalate and assist (internal & external) customer issues.
Job Description :
Searching and booking vessel space and equipment.
Organizing all shipments in line with all related parties.
Preparing and maintaining a delivery schedule and communicating to all relevant departments.
Track cargo movement from loading port until destination port (depend on sales term).
Collect and give input to supervisor in negotiate to get the most competitive OF and other terms/conditions.
Communicate with related party to achieve operational excellence and reduce non necessary operational cost.
Monitor all shipment activities are suitable with the terms and conditions of sales contract.
Helping buyer to follow up the cargo insurance claim process.
Job Requirements :
Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in any field.
Fresh Graduate or Having max 2 years of working experience in logistics field.
Fluent in English, can speak Mandarin could be an advantage.
Good in communication and analytical thinking.
Detail oriented.
Willing to be located in Head Office Jakarta.
