DC Automation & Maintenance Technician I

2nd Shift Hours, M-F from 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

RESPONSIBILITIES

ESSENTIAL MHE FUNCTIONS

  • Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
  • Operate, maintain Autostore robotics, carousel pick ports, conveyor pick ports robots and chargers.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems in the building.
  • Set, calibrate, or adjust equipment, machinery, and instruments so they align with production specifications or instructions.
  • Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures.
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, photo-eyes, motor starters, limit switches, proximity sensors, solenoids, pneumatics, etc.
  • Troubleshoot High and Low voltage electrical using Multimeter.
  • Create and close out work orders with data including labor hours, equipment maintenance and parts used.
  • Develop training plans for service technicians.
  • Develop work plans for emergency repair of critical assets.
  • Perform additional duties/assignments that may be required by management from time to time.

ESSENTIAL FACILITY FUNCTIONS

  • Perform necessary repairs and maintenance to the office/building.
  • Painting, Plumbing, some janitorial work
  • Low and High voltage electrical
  • Rack Installation/repair.
  • Dock/Door maintenance
  • Welding
  • Basic fabrication
  • Responsible for company tools and maintenance equipment used in performance of job duties, including inventory maintenance, safe operation, proper storage, and security of tool area.
  • Must be willing to work occasional nights/weekends/on call.
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • CMMS experience required.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules/shifts/areas, including weekends, nights and/or holidays.
  • Automation, Conveyance, PLCs, or Robotics repair technician experience in a distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
  • Repair technician experience in a distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
  • Apprenticeship or equivalent experience in the Mechanical or Electrical field.

$20.40 - $45.01

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
